What is eCoaching?
Simply put, eCoaching or online training is like having a personal trainer in your pocket. Your personal trainer and/or your nutrition coach sends you a program with everything you need to train on your time, at your pace, and within your abilities. eCoaching eliminates scheduling conflicts, is extremely cost effective, and is perfect for those clients who prefer to work work alone, work nontraditional hours, live busy lives, and / or have jobs demanding high travel. eCoaching is perfect for busy moms and busy professionals alike.
eCoaching is Cost Less
Depending on where you live, the frequency with which you want to train, and the skill level of your trainer, you may be spending up to (and in some cases more) 70$ per hour of traditional personal training. If you chose to train 3 times a week with a personal trainer for one month that’s 628$. This is just the price for training! Usually, if you want to get help with your diet, supplements and nutrition, you’ll have to pay an additional fee. In many cases a traditional personal training program and nutrition coaching can cost up to $1000 / month.

If you have the opportunity and ability to train at 3 am — you train at 3 am. If you want to workout at 12 pm on a Sunday, no problem – go workout. You don’t need to worry about cancellation fees, scheduling, or missing your workouts. Your program is designed to fit into your life on your time.
High Personal Accountability
You may be wondering how eCoaching will keep you accountable? After all, your coach isn’t waiting for you at the gym, counting every rep, and pushing you to go further. eCoaches implement a number of visual and written accountability tools to make sure that you are progressing on your way to a better, fitter, healthier, more capable you. For example, at Fierce Miles we use a combination of bi weekly progress shots, meal logs, body composition measurements, performance assessments (if applicable), as well as a check-in / check-out process (for select clients). Tracking your progress allows us to create better programs for you so you can get the results you want.
How do i know if I am doing the exercises with proper form?
“How do I know if I am doing this exercise the right way?” is one of the first questions I get asked when I talk to my prospective clients about eCoaching. The internet has truly changed the way we do business and exercise. There are a lot of helpful resources out there that can teach you some of the basics techniques. Most online trainers have large databases of demo videos demonstrating every lift. When you work with Fierce Miles, you’ll get access to our video database as well as your coach. If you are unsure of how to perform and exercise, simply text or email your coach and ask them to send you a video or go through our video library.
Staying in touch is what we do.
Communication is key when it comes to eCoaching. Your trainer stays in constant contact with you ready to answer any questions you have. We stay in touch with our clients via email, phone, and skype.
